This gives you wide \nexposure and further opportunities for interaction with colleagues \nwithout separate registration fees. You just register with one of \nmultiple options  at ISMB, specifying <strong>CAMDA<\/strong> as your interest.<br>\n\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n<strong>CAMDA<\/strong> focuses on one of the grand challenges of our time, the intelligent exploitation of <strong>Big Data<\/strong>\n in the life sciences. In the post-genomic era, an effective scientific \ninterpretation of large datasets is key to new medical and biological \ninsights from novel high throughput assays and the increasing size of \nbiomedical studies. \n<strong>CAMDA<\/strong> puts a spotlight on the successful analysis and integration of the massive data sets now prevalent in the life sciences.<br>\n\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nThis year, recognizing the recent events, the scientific committee of <strong>CAMDA<\/strong> has set the following <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/camda2022.bioinf.jku.at\/contest_dataset\" class=\"wikilink1 broken_link\" title=\"contest_dataset\">data analysis contest<\/a><\/strong> challenges:\n<\/p>\n<ul><li class=\"level1\"><div class=\"li\"> The <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/camda2022.bioinf.jku.at\/contest_dataset#extended_literature_ai_for_drug_induced_liver_injury\" class=\"wikilink1 broken_link\" title=\"contest_dataset\">Extended Literature AI for Drug Induced Liver Injury<\/a><\/strong>\n Challenge provides biomedical publications curated by FDA experts on \nDILI. Build their digital twin to identify the sparse positives and \ndemonstrate robustness under distributional shifts!<\/div>\n<\/li><li class=\"level1\"><div class=\"li\"> The <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/camda2022.bioinf.jku.at\/contest_dataset#anti-microbial_resistance_forensics\" class=\"wikilink1 broken_link\" title=\"contest_dataset\">Anti-Microbial Resistance Forensics<\/a><\/strong>\n Challenge features diverse meta-genomics profiles from urban and \nnon-urban areas. Track emerging AMR and its relationship with phages!<\/div>\n<\/li><li class=\"level1\"><div class=\"li\"> The <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/camda2022.bioinf.jku.at\/contest_dataset#disease_maps_to_modelling_covid-19\" class=\"wikilink1 broken_link\" title=\"contest_dataset\">Disease Maps to Modelling COVID-19<\/a><\/strong>\n Challenge provides highly detailed expert-curated molecular mechanistic\n maps for COVID-19.
