    Hi,

My lab is planning on submitting results for the antimicrobial resistance challenge using a model and pipeline we developed. We have a few questions regarding what should be submitted and by what date?

The home page says CAMDA Extended Abstracts Deadline is May 15th, but under challenges > AMR leaderboard, there is only a place to submit a CSV file with the results.
Should these results be submitted by May 15th? And should we submit an abstract and/or paper with the results by that time? Does our lab need to register as a team before submitting, or do we just put in a team name and team password at the time of submission?

Also, under challenges > AMR leaderboard, it says “”phenotype” can be either Susceptible or Intermediate.” But the training set has 3 phenotypes, Susceptible, Intermediate, and Resistant. Should our final submission be two class (Susceptible and Intermediate) or three class (Susceptible, Intermediate, and Resistant)?

    Thanks,
    Jack
